The delivery of your order
Everything you see in general in our webshop in stock. When a product is not available it is mentioned on the productpage together with the expected delivery time.
Orders consisting of several products, are collectively sent. If a product is not available then we wait to ship until the entire order is complete.

Tax-free ordering
Mikkili does not charge VAT (19%) if your order is sent to a non European country.
Prices excluding 19% VAT (called 19% BTW in Dutch) are shown on the product detail page (below the picture of the product).
During the ordering process you choose to which non-European country the product has to be sent. The ordering system then automatically chooses the price of the product excluding VAT (19%).
Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to import duty / tax or customs clearance charges, which may be applied once a shipment reaches of the country. We have no control over customs charges and additional costs. These charges have to be paid by the purchaser.

.Free gift wrapping service
Through the gift wrap option in the ordering process you can simply indicate whether the product you want has to be gift wrapped. This is a free service of Mikkili
