Ordering in our webshop
Before you start the ordering process we recommend you first to go through the registration.
You can find the registration button on the top of the right site of the page.
If you are not registered at the beginning of the ordering process, you can also register during the ordering process.
When you on a detail page of the product you see the following options or buttons:
1. choice of color (if applicable);
2. choice for gift wrapping (choose yes or no);
3. order (now the product goes in to the shopping basket);
4. choose the amount of the item you want (if more than 1 *) and press "update";
5. choose the country where delivery can take place and press "update".
Do you want to continue shopping press "continue shopping".
Would you pay, then press "Checkout".
6. choose the delivery address and press "checkout";
7. choose a invoice address and click "checkout";
8. check billing statement and press "Checkout".
Unfortunately, where people work mistakes are made. We ship our orders with shipping company PostNL to many countries around the World.
Sometimes, fortunately it is very exceptional, a package does not reach the country of destination in a reasonble amount of days. For example, it may happen that a package will be longer than avarage at customs. The packages Mikkili.com ships are insured. When a package is longer on it’s way than a reasonble amount of time, Mikkili.com asks PostNL to start an investigation to trace the package.
Such investigation from PostNL can take up to 2 or 3 months, the duration depends on the country of destination. We would like that this research would take less time, but these are the rules of PostNL. All we can do is wait until the investigation is completed by PostNL. Sorry about that.
This means that during the ongoing investigation by PostNL we can not send you the same order again or refund you. We must really wait until PostNL completed its investigation.
When the investigation by PostNL shows that the package has not reached his final destination you will receive the purchase price and shipping costs back OR the same products will be send to you once more (if the product is in stock). The choice is yours. (23 november 2011)
Returning your order
Not quite satisfied with the product you received? Within 7 days after delivery you can return the product. The costs of the return shipment are for the buyer. Returns where the shippingcosts are not paid by the buyer will not thake back by Mikkili.
For expensive products it is recommended to ensure return.
Process for returning:
1. You inform us of the returning of a product by mail. The email address is firstname.lastname@example.org;
2. We will send you a return number which you write on the invoice;
3. The item must be undamaged, unused and in original packaging.
The article must be packed so that its damage can be avoided;
4. Once we have received the item in good order, we will credit the purchase price within 5 *
days. *When you return a product bought with the Webshop Gift Card we charge 15% of the price of the product you return.

In all cases, real problems solved immediately. After determination of the complaint directly, contact Mikkili by sending mail to email@example.com. All deliveries are subject to the terms of Mikkili.
You privat information
The information you provide will Mikkili in no way be passed on to third parties. We use your data for the products ordered to you to send.
Article 1. Applicability
1.1 These terms and conditions (hereinafter: conditions) are applicable on all orders and agreements with Mikkili.com (hereinafter: Mikkili) The terms and conditions can be reviewed on our website www.mikkili.com.
1.2 These conditions apply to all agreements with Mikkili. Accepting an offer or placing an order shall mean that you accept these conditions.
1.3 The provisions in these conditions may only be deviated from in writing, in which case the other provisions shall remain in full force.
1.4 All rights and claims stipulated in these conditions and in any other agreements for Mikkili’s benefits shall likewise be stipulated for the benefit of intermediaries and other third parties engaged by Mikkili.
Article 2. Offers/agreements
2.1 All of Mikkili’s offers shall be without obligation, and Mikkili shall expressly reserve the right to change prices, in particular, if necessary under statutory or other requirements.
2.2 An agreement shall only be concluded after Mikkili accepts your order. Mikkili shall be entitled to refuse orders or attach certain conditions to delivery, unless expressly stated otherwise. If an order is not accepted, Mikkili shall indicate this within 10 working days after receiving the order.
2.3 Mikkili is entitled to change the contents of this agreement. Changes will be announced at the website and goes 14 days after publication in operation, or any other date indicated in the announcement.
Article 3. Prices and payment
3.1 Unless otherwise stated or agreed on in writing, the prices stated for the products and services shall be in Euros, including VAT.
3.2 Products are delivered after payment, unless agreed otherwise.
3.3 If a payment is reversed for whatever reason at a later date after receipt by Mikkili and delivery has been made in the meantime, this shall never discharge the party from its payment obligation.
3.4 In term of payment we charge from the day the payment should have been done an interest of 1% per month or part of a month on the outstanding amount. If the payment is made after a demand by Mikkili you pay a sum of twenty-five euros (€ 25.00) for administration costs. And if Mikkili outsources its claim for collection, you will also pay the collection costs, which at least is fifteen percent(15%) of the outstanding amount, without prejudice to instead of Mikkili the actual extra judicial collection costs.
3.5 If you fail to make any payment, Mikkili shall be entitled to suspend or rescind the agreement concerned and related agreements (or the performance there of).
3.6 If the prices for the products and services increase in the period between the order and the execution there of, this price increase shall not be passed on, except for price changes resulting from changes in VAT rates or other taxes or levies.
Article 4. Delivery / approval period
4.1 Mikkili will deliver your order as soon as possible, within 30 days. Or you agreed by writing/mail for a longer delivery time.
The delivery dates started by Mikkili shall merely be indicative. You shall not be entitled to any damages if a delivery date is exceeded, nor shall you be entitled to cancel the order or rescind the agreement.
4.2 In the event of termination under the preceding paragraph, Mikkili will repay the amount you paid as soon as possible but no later than 30 days after termination.
4.3 By delay of the order by the shipping organization Mikkili orders this organization to start an investigation. During this investigation, the payment by the costumer will not be refunded nor will the same products be provided.
4.4 The products will be shipped to the address you wrote in the ordering proces. Everything will be shipped in 1 order. If we have a product not in stock, Mikkili will wait with the shipment untill the order is complete
Article 5. Retention of title
5.1 If you already received a product or products of Mikkili under any agreement, title to delivered products shall not be transferred until you have paid that amount. The responsibility regarding the products shall already be transferred to you at the time of delivery.
Article 6. Intellectual and industrial property right
6.1 You must respect all intellectual and industrial property rights attached to the products delivered by Mikkili in full and unconditionally.
Article 7. Complaints and liability
7.1 Upon delivery, you are obliged to inspect the products to determine whether or not they comply with the agreement. If this is not the case, you must inform Mikkili in writing/mail, stating reasons, as soon as possible and, in any event, within 7 working days after delivery.
7.2 If it is demonstrated that the products do not comply with the agreement, Mikkili shall have the option of replacing the products concerned with new products in exchange for return of the products or refunding the invoice amount of the products.
7.3 If you do not wish to take possession of a product for any reason, you shall be entitled to return the product to Mikkili within 7 working days after delivery. Return shipments shall only be accepted in this case if the product and packaging have not been damaged, with the return shipment costs being paid by you as well.
7.4 Return shipments with insufficient postage shall not be accepted.
7.5 The return shipments accepted by Mikkili shall be replaced with a substitute product, or the original invoice amounts refunded excl. postage & handling costs, as soon as possible. Refunds shall be given within 30 days of recept of the returned product.
Article 8. Orders/communication
8.1 Mikkili shall not be liable for misunderstandings, mutilation, delays or improper transmission of orders and messages resulting from the use of the Internet or any other means of Mikkili, or between Mikkili and third parties, in so far as pertaining to the relation between you and Mikkili, unless and in so far as there has been an intentional act/omission or gross negligence on Mikkili’s part.
Article 9. Force majeure
9.1 Without prejudice to the other rights it has, Mikkili shall, in the case of force majeure, be entitled, at its option, to suspend execution of your order or rescind the agreement without court intervention, by informing you of this in writing and without Mikkili being obliged to pay any damages, unless, in the given circumstances, this would be unacceptable according to the principles of reasonableness and fairness.
9.2 Force majeure shall mean any breach which cannot be attributed to Mikkili, because it is not at fault, and for which it does not bear responsibility pursuant to law, acts intended to have legal effect or generally accepted standards.
Article 10. Miscellaneous
10.1 If you provide your address to Mikkili in writing/email, Mikkili shall be entitled to send all orders to that address, unless you indicate in the written statement another address where your orders should be sent.
10.2 Even if deviations from these conditions have been permitted by Mikkili, whether tacitly or not, for a short or long time period, this shall not affect its right to still demand immediate and strict compliance with these conditions. You may never assert any right based on the fact that Mikkili has applied these conditions in a lenient manner.
10.3 Should one or more of the provisions of these conditions or any other agreement with Mikkili be contrary to any applicable legal requirement, the provision concerned shall cease to have effect and shall be replaced with a new, similar provision permissible at law to be determined by Mikkili.
10.4 Mikkili shall be entitled to utilize third parties in executing your order(s).
Article 11. Applicable law and competent court
11.1 All rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these conditions apply, as well as these conditions themselves, shall be governed solely by Dutch law.
11.2 All disputes between the Parties shall exclusively be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands
